- Hello DLancer7676, try this.. it should work.. (in theory.. .... has anyone else tried this.. ?) take a candle or a block of parafin.. and rub the zipper! it should coat the metal and fill the holes

- Or possibly the silicone spray that is used on wet suit zippers. No Ed, it does NOT keep the water out of your wet suit!!!!
