I installed the front weatherstrip by putting it in place on the front bow, then forcing the back part into the channel one screwdriver width at a time. I don't think there's any hope of getting it t

I'll second Stu's method... you might be able to go a little quicker with something like a credit card or a putty knife to push the rubber piece into the channel, but be careful about slipping with a
