Anyone know if the Weber 45 DCOE downdraft carb fits the Bugeye? If so, what kind of an intake manifold would you need. Someone just offered me a pair of these for nothing! They used to be on a Ford

No WAY! because a 45 DCOE is a SIDE draft, not a down draft. But if they are DCOEs, it'll work with any A series Weber side draft intake and the correct jets. One only please, don't try to make both

Have not found out yet. The owner of these carbs is bringing them to the Santa Monica Airport this Sunday where I will be showing my car alongside WWII British warplanes for pictures and for the pub

hey! why has no one come up with the old SCCA GT5 mini set up of running split webers on a spridget? chuck. it only takes 2 dcoe's with 1 bbl cut off and plugged to do this. but they are slick! ....c
