Small hinge from the hardware store. You can redrill the one side to fit the floor holes and use 2 small screws with nuts at the pedal. VW back seat belts. late 80s/early 90s GTI, GOLF, and Jetta. Yo

3 point. But they have a verticle mount position. there is a tilt ball inside. Remove that ball (not the small inertia ball) and they work in any direction. Pop off the plastic housing, you will see
