It's not the flasher unit as some have suggested (the turn signals and the hazard lights still work when the unit is removed). It's also not the inertia fuel shutoff. Here's some more info. It sits i

I'm sorry, but I don't think so. In my 80, the flasher units are under the dash. The unit you speak of below the fuse box is an inline fuse for the cooling fans and radiator switch. Check your manual
