If the cylinder is frozen solid, there are a couple of possibilties. You can use compressed air (it works... but gets brakefluid everywhere). My personal favorite would be to hook the cylinder back

Hi Jim, Another possibility for removing frozen pistons is to get your trusty grease gun, get the right adaptor fitting to the wheel cylinder and pump the handle a little. Tried this on my frozen TR-
