Maybe, the bolt pattern is correct but the issue will be the wheel offset. Some of the Datsun wheels have a greater offset. This of course means a wider track. The front clearance will likely be okay

All you need is the correct offset wheel. I'm running 205/60 15 easily within the wheel well of a stock height chrome bumper B. There is clearance for an additional 3/4 inch of tire width. Kelvin.
