I think I ask this question with every 1/4 leaf car I restore. Which side does the spacer go on the radius are where it bolts to the rear axle? Inboard towards the pumpkin or outboard towards the bra

VB shows it on the inside at the front of the spring. As I recall on FFOG AYE I couldn't fit any on the axle end. VB doesn't show one at the rear end of the spring. But then they claim there are 4 r

Is the spacer something only on the early Bugeyes? I see no place for fitting a spacer anywhere on my '60. On my car the bushes fill the space between the brackets and the axle. Phil Nase Quakertown,
