- Maybe you could find an NOS set of Porta-Walls(sp?). We used to use them in the 50s & early 60s to avoid the extra cost of white sidewalls! although go with if Dunlop nice tires?

- I take that back. I just checked out the picture of the Bugeyes awaiting in a parking lot in England. They do not appear to have whitewall tires. Maybe there is a protective coating on the whitewalls
