In my 64 B I installed a pair of chrome MGA Coupe winders and pulls. Kind of flashy, they look alot better than the stock plastic. I had to modify the winder handles to get them to stay on. They look

I found replacement winder handles at my local NAPA dealer in their "Spares" line. They seem to be at least as good as the factory ones and only a few dollars each.
