I am trying to figure out how to pull the windscreen frame from a '70 roadster. Looks like all I have to do is pull the bolts that hold the wire in the middle of the dash. Is that it? Seems too easy.

Looks like I got DPOd again! Maybe not, but I am guessing that I should not be able to lift the windscreen up on either side with those pillar bolts in place. I haven't removed the center post, neith

No, I don't think so. One of the two fender bolts behind the dash was only finger tight. (Sometimes I really hate my DPO) But at least they weren't rusted in place...
