It was mentioned a little bit ago in a post but I have been unable to find this accessory. I'm getting low/flat tires every few weeks, so I am interested in finding the 'Rubber Band' that fits around

Why don't you use duck tape. No one sees it except your tire guy and it works great. Plus, it's cheaper then the bands. Just make sure you put several layers. Jim 69C use to have 72 spoke wires now

Instead of the rubber bands - British Wire Wheel is now supplying a 1 inch plastic tape that looks all the world like electrical tape. They suggest wrapping it twice around. Rick Webmaster for: _____

Don't use duct tape! The adhesive in duct tape turns to powder after a while. 2 wraps of PVC plumber's tape works just fine, and lasts a long time. That's what I'm using. Best Regards, Dave Ambrose -

Well, they were in Santa Cruz the last time I had to have my wheels trued... Dang, I have a couple broken spokes, and Fresno is a long haul. Actually, I don't know if they even do rebuilding any more

Anyone can replace the tire, it's getting it balanced properly that's the problem. If you can drop them off and live without them for awhile, O'Connor in Santa Clara has shipped them to BWW for me. O
