Morgan friends, Does anyone have any thoughts on how to treat a new braided wiring harness (as yet uninstalled) for oil resistance so that it will clean up well? I thought about Skotchguard (sp?) but

This is just an idea, as I don't know if it would work. How about shrinkable plastic tubing? I think it comes in "clear" and in a variety of widths and should show the colours of the harness. Chuck

Check with Barbara Wilburn for maintenance of wiring, she has done some of the most remarkable jobs ever. My own personal view is that if you don't want it oily or dirty install your loom on a wall b

Lance- that +8 is probably going to be too pretty to drive. You should just consider the show-car route. ScotchGuard might be a good choice for the wiring loom. While it won't help fix the leak, I th

Although I did not check with Bob Nogueria, I normally (being in Texas) have used 7.83 Varas for the height of proper bird dropping splatter and believe that that is closer to factory specs. I have
