Yep ... ... used to attach the horse hair pad ... ;^) Clark Spares & Restorations stocks them ...forces the air through the radiator ... IMHO, good bit to install. Note: I still don't understand why

The horse hair pad is supposed to create a better seal between the bonnet and the radiator in order to force more air through the radiator and thus improve cooling. Whether this really make any diff
