I've got a single Zenith carb on a '77 MGB that is streaming gas out the front. It's coming from a hole just below and to the left (looking from the front) of the gas inlet. Is there supposed to be a

I pulled the carb and figured out there's a screw missing that holds the choke onto the front of the carb. Also found the throttle shaft is wiggling around quite a bit. :-( /// unsubscribe/change add

Moss actually does a kit now. P/N 370-678 gets you a brady-new HIF44 with manual choke, for only $500. Of course, knowing that, maybe you can pick one up for yourself for less. :) -=Chris Chris King

When I can get them I think I was selling s/h ones to the USA for about #15 + shipping. They are now scarcer and both my local breakers yards have closed so might be more than that if I can find any.
