- there is a o-ring that sits on the ajustable metering needle. I had the same problem, my MOSS catalogue didn't listed that part. I finally found it after I had the carb disassebled. Regards, Jochen

- Peter: FWIW, I rebuilt the carbs on my '71 TR6 6 years ago, using the Grose jets. I have had nary a problem with them since. I have no idea how the stock needles would have worked. Dan Masters, Alcoa
