If it were me, unless I was gonna make a chrome bumpered "B" out of the two cars, I think I'd rather buy another RBB, especially since they're so inexpensive to buy compared to a comparable chrome b

I'd say that it depends on how cheap it is and the parts you might want from it. If you have the room and it's pretty cheap, it's probably worth it. Then again, you might be tempted to get it running
