AFAIK the only annual tech SCCA recognizes in Solo2 is that used in Pro Solo, it's not officially used at even National tours. After that it's up to the individual event organizers if they want to us

Annual Tech used to be specifically disallowed in Solo 2. Sherry Grantz in SF Region proposed an Annual tech program, since Pro Solo had annual tech, and roadracing was allowed annual tech. With the
