Good thought Marshall, but I did check that. If I take the springs off the choke levers, I can, with effort, pull it all the way out such that the jets come down.

Bob, One of the reasons I replaced my carbs was the jets would not return all the way after the choke was pulled. This was most likely caused by the jets not being centralized. This is a tricky proce
