300 # is the rating of the spring. It means for every 300 pounds load put on the spring it will sag 1 inch. I think the stock springs are rated about 150-175#. I got mine from Vicky Brit, but Spitbit

Are the VB "Competition Springs" actually rated at 300#?? I don't believe I've ever heard what the rating is on those things - part # 5-5084, around page 20 something in the VB catalog - just wonderi
