Is this a hydraulic switch? I was surprised to find a Ford logo on the original switch in my Cobra. When it needed replacing I took it to a local auto parts store and had them match it up to one the

For how long did it work fine???? Brake line pressures are a whole lot higher than oil pressures, so the brake switches have to be built much stronger. If you are still using the oil pressure switch,

What's the big deal? Every vendor of Sunbeam parts will have these switches in stock. The are a Lucas part ( NOT FORD) and our part number is EP115 at $16.25. Bes regards, Curt Classic Sunbeam

The mechanical switch rather than the Tiger's hydralic is a good idea. I also like it to light up with the smallest of pressure. I recently installed one on a motorcycle and it has the same problem.
