Jeff Find asbestos pads! Those new "environmentally safe" pads squeal like crazy, nothing works. You should not have to use goop on brakes, at least I never did until somebody came up with a "better"

A softer material pad is less likely to cause squeal. It may not last as long, but if you choose a Carbomet material you'll have superior braking. Check your area for a brake bonder. Tell him your d

You must have semi-metallic pads. Here is the fix. Take the pads back off and grind a chamfer all around the outer edges of the pad materials. (just 1/8 or so) Semi-mets suffer from this problem oft
