I have seen a "paint" that brushes onto the cold manifold and is then cured by the heat of the manifold. Griot's Garage advertises this stuff. I have never used it myself, nor do I know anyone that h

I've used the high temperature enamel for exhast headers which 'cures' out under heat with good results. It will cure out to where it almost looks like the manifold has been porcelean coated. It look

Try heat anodising. I have done this with every MG I have ever restored (A, B, GT-V8 & TC). You get a great silver finish and it DOES NOT get affected by heat. Any good Powder Coating outfit should

I have used cold galvanizing by Permatex-Loctite on scores of restorations. It comes in a spay can, is a light gray color and holds up well. I sometimes top it off with a final coat of high heat alum
