I have ceramic coated headers (black) and was wondering what is the best method to clean and polish? An abrasive could ruin the finish. A high grade metal polish has been suggested. tom prager 947215

My Jaguar had dual cast iron headers, and they were covered in black, shiny ceramic. I do not believe they were polished before the enamalizing, but were thick coated and it flowed to s smooth surfa

The best stuff I have seen is available from Caps Bright Hot coatings in Fresno CA It is called 'header shit' ... pardon the profanity :-) It is a paste intended to polish marks out of ceramic coate
