Ok, here is the problem. In my 67B I have found a few apparantly related problems with the clutch and I do not know if it if repairable with the hydraulics or if it the throw out bearing or option #3

With that history, I would plan on replacing/rebuilding the hose, the slave and the master cylinder. The black gunk could be from any one of the three. But that should do it -- it doesn't sound like
