The one I did came in on the mark, but that was because I used the setting recommended in Vizard's book to set it using the Metro cam specs instead, so the standard setting would have been off. Gerar

That follows the general rule for advancing the cam - advancing helps bottom end, retarding helps the higher end. The power band of you're motor will shift depending - it's like moving the power band
