- The passenger-side mirror is probably an after-market addition (although I think some of the later cars may have had them fitted in the factory). Sounds as though the person who fitted it didn't make

- Do you mean 'door' mirror? The door mirrors on the Mk IV and 1500s are held in place by a small grub screw (Allen head) which is hidden from view. This clamps the mirror to a bracket that is screwed
