Hi all, just trying to get in those last minute tweaks before the big meet. My doors open and close just fine, but when they are closed, if you push on them, they have about 1/8" of play in them (but

Again, you may want to make sure that they are actually latching twice. The second latch movement pulls the door in slightly. You can do that my letting the door drop slowly by hand and then pushing

I think basic air doors just don't latch as tight as the OEM system. The hydraulics pulled the doors to the frame tighter at the expense of stress on the door. There is also the one hand drop and sla
