I am a bit confused here. Most seatbelts use a standard anchor with a 7/16" (11mm) bolt. The hole is 1/2" Or do you have the old clip on belts with the eyehole bolt? If so, remove the eye bolt and us

The bolt holes on the inner door sill and trans/driveshaft tunnel are I believe as you describe. It's the wheel arch brackets which are different. On the wheel arch there are 2 studs an inch or two
