As has been stated it should take 1 day to take the engine out and dismantle it. Figure about 5 hours in the dismantling process. It will take about 12 hours to put it back together. This will allow

That'd be me. My only advice for tearing down an engine would be to acquire or use an impact wrench. They're really great for rounding off bolt heads in a few seconds that would have taken minutes us
