No, DMH probably didn't oversee any production at any time. OTOH, Geoff Healey did for the many big Healeys made by Healeys while Austin was tooling up to make the AH 100. ___________________________

The 1275 that came in my bugeye was orginally a light metallic green color, which appeared to be original. According to the engine serial number, it had come from a '71 midget. I repainted the engine

We never know about such stories, but here's one... first hand. While attending the Healey meet in Grants Pass, Oregon in '96 my son and I were looking and taking pictures of a number of big Healeys.

Bryan, The moss sprite engine green was originally kind of a slime green which had to much yellow in it. They later sold the same paint except it was very close to the proper olive green. Sounds like
