I am removing the engine from the wife's 74 today. The trans is perfect so I am not tinkering with it at all, only replacing the clutch. Is it easier to remove the engine only or both the engine and

It's easier to just remove the engine cause you can leave the slave cylinder in place and don't even have to get inside the car all bolts are accessible from the engine compartment or underneath , bu

It is easier to remove just the engine but it is much easier to REPLACE the engine and trans as one unit. I've done it each way, both have their goods and bads. If the input shaft lines up with the
