- I use propane when possible. Nothin beats heat. I just bought a gizmo on Ebay that uses butane and has a pencil beam. I'll let you know how it works. If you can use oxy-acteylene as that really works

- I use a carbon arc set on an electric welder, put electrodes across the nut, hit the juice, and the nut swells loose immediately. (These also do a good job of brazing without oxyacetylene gas.) /// d
