Cindy - If you move the front of the driver seat tracks approximately 2" to the left and forward a touch,you will find that the MGB seats will advance past the tranny hump and allow your dainty feet

If the Prelude seats are built the same way as the Civic seats (and I think they are), a 1" square tube (either wood or metal) under the seat frame will put you up high enough to see over the wheel.
