I have heard of a guy doing it with a baseball bat. He would roll the bat between the tire and the fender and slowly bend the flange up and in. I think I heard about it on this list. We will see. Bil

I saw the subject line and just had to make a comment. I had a body guy roll the lip on my 75 Midget to get more clearance and it worked fine - never saw how he did it though. But actually I thought

That's the method to use on teh rear of SWA cars. You have to be really careful to do this such that there are no visible marks on the outside of teh panel. Ulix __/__,__ ___/__|__ ..................
