Tim, you can get some wrinkle finish paint from Eastwood products, they're on the internet or you can have it powder coated on, I personally used a can of the Eastwood spray paint with good results.

Crinkle paint needs heat to do its thing. The part should be warm and keep it heated until the paint crinkles. A hair dryer works OK but you have to constantly move it around. It's not all that easy
