Anyone know offhand the threadsize of the front hubnut? I need to get some shims for my tapered rollerbearings since the cotterpin should fit between two flats of the nut. Know what I mean?

Take you drimmel tool and look which way you need to enlarge the slot in the I do find it interesting that you can't find a slot that will work. As you torque the bearing to 10 ft/lb and then back of
