- Back to the street car again, Has anyone had any luck removing wire wheels from the rear of a tr6 when the splines are frozen solid. The car has been sitting a few years & the rears just dont want to

- I should add, the car doesnt run at this point, and the front splines do look like they are worn to me, they are reasonably triangular shaped, which I take is an indication that they have been "round

- I had the same problem with my TR4A before I had it restored in 1992. Even a professional garage couldn't get it loose with penetrating oil. What I did was thoroughly soak some rag in the penetratin
