Perhaps a galled thread on the adjuster, or as you say the unit may be bad. I've used mine for years and love it. It is really great for adjusting the valves on my Dodge Turbodiesel too. Kelvin. ///

I found the same problem with my Clikadjust, i.e. the 'big click would go when there was still a gap. This was down to clag in the adjuster threads. After taking of all the nuts and screwing the adj

I had a bit of difficulty with my Clikadjust at first, too. In my case I was adjusting the valve lash for the first time on a newly rebuilt motor. What I found is that the Clikadjust didn't work very
