Not really. Jet Hot coatings gaurantees their product for life or something like that. 1500* spray paint lasts a little while but it burns off too. (bar-b-que black) -- Frank Clarici Toms River, NJ N

David, Did they say why? I would think it approaches the heat necessary in ordinary use? I was under the impression that powdercoating was only 500 degrees or so. Yeah I know the exhaust isn't that h
