I want to thank Pete Macholdt, and Bob Lang for suggesting replacing the manifold stud with a socket screw. This was the 4th tear down , but after replacing the 3rd stud from the front with a 1 1/2"

I heard that headers would be the first thing to put on a car to improve its performance. Can or should I do this to my 1976 Triumph TR7. I'm not sure if they even make them for my car.
