Depending on your understanding of "A LOT", you can get a definite improvement that is measurable by putting the heater motor on a relay. Running a hot wire directly to the motor brings the revs up

I've been thinking that there must be a "bolt in" replacement that could blow us out of the car. Sit in a new car and turn on the heater or AC. I think the good old American built cars are famous for

I replaced my motor and fan with one from an MGB or Midget (can't remember which). Even though the motor is a bit shorter it seemed to turn faster. I recall others on this list have made similar cla
