- Lift up the rear axle, AFTER chocking the front wheels so the car cannot roll away. Put in axle stands so it will not drop onto you!!! Remove the wheels for easy acces to the rear brake backplates. U

- If it won't crank on either its own battery or a known good jumper, then the 12v is not getting from the battery to the starter. Have no specific info on Midgets but the ignition switch should operat
