- Yes, I get the same problem with my Midget. I was going to mount some insulative material on the right hand side of the footbox. It can get real uncomfortable on hot days. urely adding a 'stronger'

- It is also problem with Morgans. I like to look upon it as a feature, it keeps you (your feet) warm in the winter, and in the summer, well, it (you) can be viewed as an extra organic engine cooler :-

- My gearbox tunnel cover got pretty hot on long trips before I rebuilt my engine. When I did so, I ripped off the cheap plastic-enveloped blanked that was stapled to the underside of the fiber tunnel
