- The slave cylinder, remove the rubber boots and wipe your finger under the cast aluminum. I believe you will find that it's leaking and running down the shaft to the pedal. Rebuild time ! Hydraulic f

- from the looks of things, this is not the first time it leaked. The paint is already eaten up around the master cylinder.
