- For what it is worth, I had the same problem and changed things like you did, etc, etc. Although I do not have a mechanics explanation of the cause, I did find a solution. I finally determined that

- One explanation is: the one plug wire had a low resistance (relatively speaking) to ground - this could drain the high voltage and prevent an arc. By pulling the wire out a bit, the resistance path
