For what it's worth, I also wanted extra keys for my `new' 63 TR4 back in `79. Here's what I did: First, remove the ignition switch (make sure to disconnect the battery first - it's a MAJOR shock) b

Paul, I should have posted this to the list but instead I went direct to Ed H., Use a Cole #MZ5, fits 83-89 Mazda car and truck, same key blank, those Miata engineers are quite clever.

I have a 1978 Spit. One side of my ignition key has E.S.P. Lock Corp. U.S.A. cast on it, the other side says MG1. This key is obviously made in USA but I don't know where it came from. I do believe

FWIW, the Cole copy I have for a 1980 Spitfire ignition switch lock is marked "EN15". However, I haven't been able to locate a replacement at any of the local key cutting places. I'm going to try the

To those who were looking for Spitfire keys, In the VB catalog they list a replacement key blank that has the Triumph "book" at the key head. Doesn't fit all Spits, though... Hope this helps. Scott

Both of these can provide original blanks, cut keys from numbers, or find a key from the lock itself. Metropolitan solved my TR6 key problems. Have not dealt with motorhead on keys they do however ha

I've seen alot of discussion about where to get keys. I recently needed keys for my 76 TR6 and went to a local locksmith who ordedred the blanks and made three keys for $6.00. Give it a try. Jeff Hor
