A friend of mine has 205/60's on his Spit-6 on 4.5" rims they really roll under on hard turns. The 185/70 is the widest recommended on a 4.5"-5" rim (according to a recent post by a fellow lister) On

The back of my spit is running p205/60/13s but that is on a 7inch rim! I don't think I would want to try it on the stock 5 or later 5.5 " rims. Patrick Bowen

I have heard that the maximum recomended size for street use on a 1500 is 175. I suspect thats to do with the fact most 1500 have 4.5 inch rims. But also somthing to do with it having big chainges in
