- No, it's not junk. The Loctite thread restorer won't stand heat (as in direct flame). Give it a couple of minutes of gentle application of the blue wrench and it'll let go. Been there. Chris Kotting

- I used it for stuff like trim screws, windshield side screw threads, and other light duty areas where drill/tap is impractical. It's good for that application.

- If you followed the instructions and the product failed write/email loctite and send them the bill. Most companies will take care of their customers. They won't find out if their product is junk unl
