This is probably a naive question, but is there a way to use machine screws and nuts, instead of sheet metal screws to hold the luggage rack on? On my '74 TR6, it looks like the holes for the machine

Ted--I put a (Moss Motors) rack on a guy's '69 a few years back, using machine screws and nuts, and a hand full of rubber snubbers that came with their kit. Easy enough, when positioning the rack on
